Highly recognised leaders of the Estonian society, like Aavo Kokk, Paavo Nõgene, Urmas Kõiv, Urmas Kruuse and many others also shared their experience and thoughts at the conference. Sandra Goudin, head of marketing and sales at Mainor Business School, said after having taken part in the panel discussion that young people received lots of good management-related recommendation for developing a successful career.
